CRL MP(MD). No.2835 of 2021 This petition is filed seeking extension of time for surrendering before the trial Court as per the order of this Court, dated 30.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7931 of 2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was not in a position to surrender before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court and seeks further time to surrender. 3.Considering the request made by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court, on or before 23.04.2021, failing which, the order passed by this Court, shall stand automatically cancelled, without further reference to this Court.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
