ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 420, 406 and 506(i) IPC, in Crime No.263 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner earlier attempted before this Court to secure the relief of anticipatory bail, but could not get relief. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- to the credit of Crime No.263 of 2017 before the jurisdictional Court.

4.This Court heard the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State. 5.Recording the undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai District, and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- to the credit of Crime No.263 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai District or in the bank account of the de-facto complainant. On such deposit, it is open to the de-facto complainant to withdraw the same. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
