This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner herein under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the second respondent.

2.When the matter is taken for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the second respondent has not preferred any complaint against the petitioner and hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
