ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 324, 302 r/w 34 IPC in Crime No.727 of 2006 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. On 24.12.2017, this Court has granted parole to the petitioner till 27.12.2017 on account of the emergent situation, viz., death of his father and now, it is represented by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner has already been taken into custody on the expiry of the parole period as stipulated by this Court.
3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and therefore, the petitioner may be granted the relief of bail.
4. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has strongly objected to the grant of bail, contending that the petitioner has indulged in serious offences.
5. Taking into consideration the serious nature of the allegations levelled against this petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is a remand prisoner, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief as prayed for by the petitioner.

6. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed accordingly.
