This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No. 8 of 2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, they have already completed the investigation and filed final report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Orathanadu through e-filing on today (06.03.2025). 3.Since the prayer is to file final report, the respondent has already filed the final report after completion of investigation, no further order is required to be passed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
