Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner alleges that the error took place during UDR in respect of the petition mentioned property and that it has to be rectified. The petitioner has already given an application before the first respondent. The first respondent had also obtained report from the third respondent.

3. The first respondent is directed to pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
