ORDER : These Petitions are coming for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 16.07.2018 and the requisition letter of I Additional District Munsif, Kuzhithurai, vide letter in D.No.166/2019, dated 11/03/2019 and upon hearings of Mr.A.Sivaji, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.K.N.Thampi, Advcate for the Respondent No.2, in both CRPs, this Court made the following order:
