ORDER
The petitioner had filed W.P.(MD).No.23043 of 2017 before this Court as a public interest litigation for removing encroachment. Having granted by this Court an opportunity to remove encroachment, now the petitioner complains that his life, liberty is in threat at the hands of those encroachers.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on enquiry, it is found that there is no such threat. 3.Suffice to say for the present that if the petitioner continues to have any real threat perception to his life, limb and liberty, he is directed to prefer a fresh representation to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
fourth respondent, upon receiving which, the fourth respondent shall cause such necessary enquiry, as may be necessary to secure life, limb and liberty of the petitioner.
4.It is made clear that this Court does not order granting of Police protection 24 X 7 and the fourth respondent is left to decide on the basis of the objective assessment of the threat perception of the petitioner from time to time.
5.In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
