Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned Government order bearing Ms.No.04 Cooperative Food and Consumer Protection (CJI) dated 05.01.2018 passed by the 1st respondent and the subsequent communication in
pursuance of the impugned G.O.issued by the 2nd respondent dated 06.01.2017 under reference Na.Ka.No.1478/2017/Sapa.2 to all the societies concerned in Kanyakumari District, with regard to direct recruitment of paid officers and the servant for the employment in all categories in the cooperative societies through the 3rd respondent forthwith and subsequently quash the same as devoid of merits.
