ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petitioner, praying to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court in Crime No.336 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent police station within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.I have heard the counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.The Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that final report would be filed within a period of three months.

4.In view of the above submission made by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am inclined to direct the respondent to investigate the matter and to file the final report, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there are no legal impediments.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
