Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners and their relatives in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the fourth respondent and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere into the civil dispute, which is subject matter of R.L.T.O.P.No.7 of 2019, on the file of the Rent Control Court, Tirunelveli.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners and their relatives in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the fourth respondent and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere into the civil dispute, which is subject matter of R.L.T.O.P.No.7 of 2019, on the file of the Rent Control Court, Tirunelveli.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is recorded.

4. It is made clear that since the complaint has been closed, the respondents 1 and 2 shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass them in respect of the said complaint. 5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
