ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 21.02.2020 from the file of the third respondent to the file of the second respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 21.02.2020, the third respondent conducted investigation and closed the same on 27.02.2022 for the reason that the petitioner did not co-operate for enquiry.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5130 of 2020 3.Even before registration of F.I.R., transfer of investigation does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
