This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the complaint, dated 27.02.2017 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 27.02.2017, the second respondent conducted investigation and closed the same on 16.12.2021.
