ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 and A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 427,448, 294(b), 324, 323,109 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.245 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution as per the de-facto complainant, is that due to the dispute in the family regarding property the accused abused the defacto complainant in filthy language, assaulted him and also threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. Taking into consideration of the fact that the injured sustained grievous injuries, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
