PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner for making a fencing around the petitioner's lands in Palayam Village S.No.17/4, 15/1B, 15/1C and 15/1D situated at Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District based on the representation dated 10.01.2017.

ORDER

According to the petitioner, she made a representation before the respondent police seeking for police protection. But, so far, no action has been taken, hence, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed with the aforesaid prayer. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit the petitioner herself made a statement before the respondent police, stating that she can seek her remedy before the Civil Court and the same was also accepted by the third respondent.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is for the petitioner to work out her remedy before the Civil Court.
