The learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the order passed in the Writ Petition was confirmed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. Against the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench, the State filed Revision Petition No. 65 of 2021 which is pending. This being the factum, this Court need not keep the Contempt Petition pending and the petitioner is granted with a liberty to pursue the matter appropriately.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that after the disposal of the Review Petition, he will file Contempt Petition at free of cost as a pro bona case.
