ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to dispose his complaint dated 12.03.2019 within a stipulated time as directed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner complains that the complaint preferred by him alleging certain acts of certain police officials that they have assaulted and tortured the petitioner and he requires the Commissioner of Police to consider and take appropriate action against those officials.

4. The learned Government Advocate clarifies that the complaint, which was pending against the petitioner was enquired and closed.

5. The said statement now made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

6. Sofar as the petitioner's present complaint dated 12.03.2019 against some Police Officers for assaulting him is concerned, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to that effect within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the second respondent, who shall cause such necessary enquiry on the same and take such appropriate decision as per law within a period of six weeks thereafter.

7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
