ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to the petitioner.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that one Veluchamy, lodged a complaint with the third respondent / Inspector of Police, South Gate Police 1/3

Station, Madurai, and the same was registered in C.S.R. No.88 of 2021 and after conducting enquiry, the said petition was closed on 09.03.2021. He would also contend that nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
