ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register FIR., on the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.03.2018.
2.The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police. But till date, the respondent police have not taken any action. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the second respondent, the petitioner came before this Court. 3.If the complaint lodged by the petitioner makes out any cognizable offence, the second respondent shall register the F.I.R. If no offence is made out, the second respondent shall close the complaint and inform the same to the petitioner accordingly. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks from today.
