When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2019 will be considered on merits and in accordance with law and appropriate orders in this regard will be passed within a period of eight weeks. The writ petitioner shall be heard before passing final orders. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other.
