ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the impugned fair and decreetal order, dated 30.01.2023 made in I.A No. 414 of 2022 in O.S No. 297 of 2017 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Thanjavur.

2. There is no merit in the present Civil Revision Petition filed by the petitioner/second defendant in O.S.No.297 of 2017. The petitioner cannot be construed to be an aggrieved person by the impugned order passed by the Additional District Munsif Court, Thanjavur in I.A.No.414 of 2022 for substituting the power of attorney to represent the interest of the first respondent/plaintiff.

3. The present Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
