Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner's daughter viz., M.Sowmiya (Student I.D.No.3323010441800211) who is studying 10th standard at respondent No.6 School to write SSLC Examination in the Academic year 2019 - 2020 by issuing Hall Ticket to the petitioner's daughter for the examination will be held on 27.03.2020 within the time stipulated by

this Court.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First to Fifth Respondents, on instructions, states that hall ticket has been issued to the Petitioner's daughter by the Directorate of Government Examination, Chennai and he has produced a copy of the same. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has also acknowledged its receipt and states that necessary action will be taken to correct the name of the Petitioner's daughter in her birth certificate. Nothing remain for further consideration in this writ petition.
