When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the Kodaikanal Municipality submitted that the petition mentioned representation dated 15.03.2019 seeking renewal would be disposed of by the second respondent within a period of six weeks.

2.Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other. No costs.
