O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct proper enquiry and to investigate the same in accordance with law, on the basis of petitioner's complaint, dated 16.12.2022, within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Mr.B.Nambiselvam, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents.

3.Similar writ petition was disposed of by this Court on 05.06.2023, directing the victim namely the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer and give statement. Similar situation has also arisen, herein.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after filing of writ petition, summon was issued to the petitioner. Let him 2/5

appear before the third respondent. He shall record the statement of this petitioner under Section 161 of Cr.P.C. in Crime No.1 of 2020, registered by the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Thanjavur, which was subsequently transferred to the third respondent police, now pending with him.

5.Let the petitioner herein appear before the third respondent and give his statement. The third respondent shall undertake the investigation, by including this petitioner as one of the victims. 6.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
