O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to conduct proper enquiry and to investigate the same in accordance with law, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 30.09.2022, within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is the one of the victim and he further submitted that the further action will be taken on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission, this Courts directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 30.09.2022 by issuing summons to the petitioner. After receiving summon, the petitioner shall appear before the third respondent police and her statement to be recorded and depending upon the outcome of the statement, further action may be taken by the third respondent.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
