2. The petitioner was born on 29.07.2002. It was registered on 01.08.2002. The petitioner's father's name is Mohamed Kajamaitheen. However, in the transfer certificate, the petitioner's father's name appears in a truncated form. All that the petitioner wants is issuance of revised School Leaving Transfer Certificate by correctly mentioning his father's name.
3. The second respondent is competent to issue a revised certificate. This issue need not be approached in a technical perspective. I am satisfied that the petitioner's case deserves to be accepted. The second respondent is directed to issue the School Leaving Transfer certificate as sought for by the petitioner by correctly mentioning the father's name. This writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
