O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to conduct proper enquiry and to investigate the same in accordance with law, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 22.12.2022, within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that in respect of the very same subject matter of the complaint given by one Sivabalan, a case in Crime No.01 of 2020 was registered against the three persons. He further submitted that the investigation is going on in a proper manner and further action will be taken within four weeks on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner. 2/5

3. In view of the above submission, this Courts directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint by issuing summons to the parties and depending upon the outcome of the complaint, the further action may be taken either by the third respondent or petitioner if so aggrieved.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
