For Petitioners : Mr.H.Arumugam For Respondents : No Appearance (in both petitions) COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions are filed challenging the orders dated 13.03.2014 and 01.04.2014, whereby the applications to reissue the warrant to the Advocate Commissioner and to recall DW1 were rejected.

that in the interregnum O.S.No.81 of 2008 was disposed of and that therefore nothing survives in these revision petitions. However, he requests that liberty may be given to file an appropriate application in the appeal.

3.Accordingly these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous by granting liberty to the revision petitioners to file an appropriate application in the appeal. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
