ORDER

Wife seeks transfer of I.D.O.P.No.56 of 2020 pending on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu to the Family Court, Tirunelveli.

2.Transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience, since the wife is a resident of Tirunelveli and she has to take care of her five years old child, who is affected by Autism. 3.Mr.Uthayakumar, learned Counsel representing Mr.H.Arumugam, learned Counsel for the respondent/husband would submit that the husband has launched proceedings for custody of the child in G.W.O.P.No.81 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli. He would further submit that if both cares are heard together, the respondent/husband could attend both the cases at the Family Court, Tirunelveli.

4.Considering the said reasonable request made by the learned Counsel for the respondent, I.D.O.P.No.56 of 2020 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu, and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli, to be heard and disposed of along with G.W.O.P.No.81 of 2020 pending on its file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

TR.C.M.P.(MD)No.314 of 2020 5.The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
