ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the request made by the writ petitioner cannot be complied with. However, formal orders yet to be issued to the writ petitioner.

2.This Court directs the third respondent to formally communicate his decision to the petitioner so that the petitioner can question the same in the manner known to law. This writ petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to question the decision taken by the third respondent in the manner known to law. No costs.
