MURUGESAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2071 of 2019 dated 11.04.2019. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that this Court has granted suspension of sentence to the petitioner on 11.04.2019, directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. It is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition till 11.03.2020. Though the petition was filed on 11.03.2020, it was got numbered only after seven months and prayed the petition to be allowed. 3.There is no serious objection on the side of the respondent. 4.In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.

2071 of 2019 dated 11.04.2019. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.4736 of 2020 Petition is allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court as and when required by that Court.
