To extend the time of the operation of the order dt. 05.01.2024 in Crl O.P (MD)No. 23273 of 2023 and pass such further or other orders. Order : These Criminal Miscellaneous petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.MUTHUKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both MP'S and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both MP'S the court made the following order:- 1/3

Heard both sides.

2. Based on the undertaking given by the petitioner, this Court imposed the condition in the order dated 05.01.2024. Hence, the present petition seeking modification is not permissible one and accordingly, this petition is dismissed. However, on considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition No.7(d) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Kulithalai Police Station, Karur District instead of respondent Police Station.

3.
