Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.MARIMUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of GOVT.ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is posted today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Earlier order, dated 30.09.2016 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9429 of 2016 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15034 of 2016, shall be read as follows:- "This petition is filed for extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15034 of 2016, dated 18.08.2016.

2. This Court, vide order dated 18.08.2016 made in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.15034 of 2016 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition that the petitioners shall deposit the amount of Rs.30,000/- to the credit of Crime No.70 of 2014. Thereafter, this Court vide order, dated 19.09.2016, modified the said condition to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar. However, time was not extended. Now, the petitioners have come forward with this petition for extension of time.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the bond is extended till 09.11.2016. The other conditions shall remain unaltered."
