O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus in the nature of forbearing the Respondents 1 to 3 from harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint lodged by the 4th respondent pending civil suit in O.S No.26 of 2020 on the file of District Munsif Court, Ilayangudi.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 20.03.2021. The same is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WP(MD). No.6959 of 2021 recorded.

3.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Writ Petition is closed.
