ORDER
The petitioner wants the petition mentioned lands to be surveyed and measured. The respondents are directed to conclude the survey exercise. The respondents shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing final orders. If the respondents encounter any resistance or opposition, they shall relegate the writ petitioner to move the jurisdictional Civil Court. If there is no resistance or opposition, the survey exercise should be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the opposition is without any basis, the survey authorities are at liberty to take the assistance of the jurisdictional police.
