ORDER

The writ petitioner is a registered society. It is claimed that the elections were held on 30.12.2018 and that Form VII was lodged before the respondent to be taken on file. It appears that one V.P.Shankar has given an objection.

2.The respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2019 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent shall hear the objector before taking a decision in the matter.
