(MD) no. 4170 of 2022 dt 17/03/2022 same and pass such further or other orders as this honourable Court deem fit. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SASIKUMAR.V, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and M/S.R.YAMUNA, Advocate for Respondent No.2, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 439(2) of Cr.P.C., seeking orders to cancel the bail granted to the second respondent in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4170 of 2022 dated 17.03.2022.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent.
3.The main contention of the petitioner is that the second respondent, after getting bail on 17.03.2022, has not complied with the condition.

4.The learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that this Court, while granting bail to the second respondent in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4170 of 2022 vide order dated 17.03.2022, directed him to appear before the respondent police for a period of thirty days and with other conditions and he has complied with the said condition for a period of one month.
5.The learned counsel for the second respondent has filed the copy of the reply letter given by the first respondent under the RTI Act, wherein, the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Thanjavur, has given a reply stating that the second respondent has complied with the condition in pursuance of the direction of this Court.
6.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the second respondent has complied with the condition for a period of one month.
7.The learned counsel for the petitioner has not raised any other valid reason or ground for cancellation of bail. 8.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also the facts that the petitioner has not shown any other valid reasons or grounds for cancelling the bail, this Court decides that the above petition is absolutely devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed.
9.In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
