ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioners on 04.04.2018 and take necessary action in accordance with law. 2.Heard both sides.
3.The petitioners have lodged a complaint before the respondent police. But till date, the respondent police have not taken any action. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent, the petitioners came before this Court.
4.If the complaint lodged by the petitioners makes out any cognizable offence, the respondent shall register the F.I.R. If no offence is made out, the respondent shall close the complaint and inform the same to the petitioners, accordingly. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks from today. 5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
