2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent NO.1.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Uthammapalayam, on 20.07.2016 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is closed. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
