Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to survey the lands situated at Survey No.518/2, No.A3 Cents 19, Old Pappuraja Street to an extent of 5 1⁄2 cents in South side extent 3 3⁄4 Cents which are situated at Pappuraja Old Street, Ward No.17, Allinagaram Municipality, Theni Taluk and District, based on the petitioner's application dated 15.10.2018, within a time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner wants the petition mentioned lands to be surveyed and measured. The respondents are directed to conclude the survey exercise. The first respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing final orders. If the respondents encounter any resistance or opposition, they shall relegate the writ petitioner to move the jurisdictional Civil Court. If there is no resistance or opposition, the survey exercise should be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the opposition is without any basis, the survey authorities are at liberty to take the assistance of the jurisdictional police.
