ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 506(ii) IPC & Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act in Crime No.21 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that though the first petitioner is willing to take the second respondent back, the second respondent is not willing. The marriage took place only last year and there are no issues. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.This Court earlier granted interim anticipatory bail. Since the re-union efforts could not succeed, the earlier granted interim anticipatory bail is made absolute. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
