ORDER

The writ petitioner is the purchaser of the petition mentioned lands. The sale deeds were presented for registration before the respondent. The respondent by the impugned communication informed the petitioner that since verification will have to be done, registration cannot be done immediately. This communication is under challenge in this writ petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the respondent would complete the verification exercise within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter take a decision in the matter.

3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
