For Petitioner : Mr.G.Gomathi Sankar For Respondents : Mr.T.R.Subramanian (In both Petitions) COMMON ORDER The petitioner has come forward with these petitions against the order and decree dated 18.09.2015 made in I.A.No.575 of 2015 & I.A.No.576 of 2015 in O.S.No.41 of 2013 on the file of the II Additional District & Sessions Judge, Thanjavur. 2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the suit in O.S.No.

41 of 2013 was dismissed by the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur. Against which, this petitioner who is the plaintiff in the suit filed first appeal in A.S.No.SR50742 of 2017, along with the condone delay application in C.M.P(MD).No.736 of 2018 before this Court. Therefore, it made clear nothing survives in the civil revision petitions and the petitions become infructuous. 3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel for respondent, these civil revision petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
