ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.46 of 2015, dated 23.01.2015 pending on the first of the second respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ instructions, would submit that the second respondent requires

three months time to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.46 of 2015.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report before the Court concerned within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
