O R D E R

The present petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.06.2015, wherein, she has alleged that she is a destitute women, having neglected by her husband to care her, that she had advanced substantial sum to the third respondent. But the respondent Police have not taken any action on the same. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner added that subsequently, the third respondent has preferred a complaint, based on which, the second respondent Police has registered a case in Crime No.459 of 2015, under Sections 294(b), 506(i) I.P.C and Sections 3 and 4 of Exorbitant Charging of Interest Act, 2003. 3.The case has been charge sheeted and now pending in C.C.No.232 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Madurai.

5.Inasmuch as the petitioner's complaint is laid on 09.06.2015, it is imperative that she prefers a fresh complaint to the respondent Police and based on which the respondent Police is directed to act upon as per law.

6.The Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
