ORDER

The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to enquire and to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 30.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner was already considered and closed on 05.02.2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. Recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents, this Writ Petition stands closed by preserving the liberty of the petitioner to 2/4

challenge the closure report, if he is aggrieved. There shall be no order as to costs.
