ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to issue Non Traceable Certificate based on the petition dated 22.12.2022 preferred by the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner's complaint dated 22.12.2022 was taken on file and a CSR number has been assigned. 3.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 22.12.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
