The present application has been filed by A4 and A5 in Crime No.42 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction to the learned II Additional Sessions Court (PCR Court), Tirunelveli, to accept the surrender of the petitioners in connection with Crime No.42 of 2026 pending investigation on the file of the second respondent Police and to consider their bail application on the same day of their surrender.
