Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to seeking permission and transport permit to carry out river sand by bullock carts from sand quarries in Survey No.263 to the extent of 2.00.0 Hectare of Vaigai River bed of Seiykulathur Village, Manamadurai Division and in Survey No.1/1 to the extent of 1.00.0 Hectares, Thirupachethi North Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk respectively of Sivagangai District on the strength of the third respondent's proceedings Na.Ka.A10/009/2019 dated 06.11.2019 by considering the petitioner's Association representations dated 09.07.2018 and 10.02.2020 within stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition reads as follows: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Order or Direction in the nature of Writ directing the first respondent to seeking permission and transport permit to carry out river sand by bullock carts from sand quarries in Survey No.263 to the extent of

2.00.0 Hectare of Vaigai River bed of Seiykulathur Village, Manamadurai Division and in Survey No.1/1 to the extent of 1.00.0 Hectares, Thirupachethi North Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk respectively of Sivagangai District on the strength of the third respondent proceedings Na.Ka.A10/009/2019 dated 06.11.2019 by considering the petitioner's Association representations dated 09.07.2018 and 10.02.2020 within stipulated time as fixed by this Court within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court and pass such further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice."

2. It is informed by the learned Additional Government Pleader that already orders have been passed by the first respondent denying permission.

3. Considering the fact that already orders have been passed by the District Collector, Sivagangai District, denying permission, this Writ Petition is dismissed without costs.
