This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent through second respondent to issue order of permission for operating the amusement items such as Mini Giant Wheels, break dance wheels etc., based on the petitioner's application dated 19.02.2026 from 06.03.2026 to 22.03.2026, Kurukal Kulam within the limit of Thiruvanamalai Village Panchayat, Virudhunagar District.
2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application for operating the amusement items to the respondents on 19.02.2026 . Since the said 2/5
representation is pending consideration, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.
4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2026 and forward his recommendation to the first respondent within 2 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on or before 05.03.2026.
